Are pets allowed?
Please understand that dogs can only be accepted by prior arrangement and out of consideration for the other guests of our house they do not have access to the half-board area and wellness area.

From when is an arrival possible?
The rooms can be occupied at the arrival from 15:00 clock. If possible, you can also check into your room before that time.

Until when is the departure?
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. You are welcome to book a late check-out upon request and depending on availability. We charge € 15.00 per person for this. The price includes coffee and cake in the afternoon as well as the use of the wellness area.

Can I take out travel insurance or cancellation insurance?
Yes. To be absolutely sure that in case of an emergency (also in case of a corona illness) your costs will be reimbursed, we advise you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Is there a bath bag and/or bath robes?
Yes, a bath bag is in the room and includes 2 sauna towels and 1 x bath slippers per person. Bathrobes are also in the room.

What are the breakfast and dinner times?
Breakfast buffet: 7:30 am to 10:00 am. If you would like to have breakfast before 7:30 a.m., please let the reception or service know the day before.
Coffee and cake: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (start times)
For our A la carte guests: 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Is there an electric charging station?
Yes, we have a charging station for electric cars. For a fee of € 10,00 you are welcome to charge your electric car.

Is it possible to rent e-bikes at the hotel?
Yes, this is possible. E-bikes can be rented for a fee of € 30.00 per person per day. Please contact the reception in time.

Is it possible to post mail directly at the hotel?
Yes, you can leave your stamped letters and cards at the reception.

When is the reception desk open?
Our reception is staffed daily from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.

Is there a wake-up service?
It is possible at any time of the day or night with prior notification at the reception.
