Ski areas for real enthusiasts: Diedamskopf

The Bregenzerwald is a popular destination for all those who like to ski with pleasure as the region offers ideal ski areas for this. In the direct area of Au-Schoppernau is the Diedamskopf ski area with its perfectly maintained natural snow slopes. A total of 40 kilometres of slopes delight beginners as well as experienced skiers and families here. In addition, the 2,090-meter-high Diedamskopf is an ideal mountain for taking in wonderful views - from the summit a view opens up over the mountains to Lake Constance. The best way to get to the Diedamskopf ski area is with the free ski bus, which takes you directly from Hotel Hubertus to the entrance of the ski area.

Fun on the slopes in the area

One of our guests’ favourite spots is the nearby Schneereich Damüls-Mellau ski area with a total of 109 kilometres of pistes in all difficulty levels, as well as the Warth-Schröcken ski area - you can access the Arlberg ski area from there. It is the largest ski area in Austria and connects the region from Schröcken-Warth to St. Anton and St. Christoph am Arlberg.

We have a ticket for all ski areas in our pocket with the three-valley ski pass. This pass is valid for 32 ski areas in the Bregenzerwald, Großes Walsertal valley, Lech valley and Allgäu – and can also be used for the ski buses.

Ski rental & ski schools
